Last updated 27 October 2026.

1. Who these terms are with

This website, daysight.dev, is run by Paulo Poinha, Chruzackerstr 28, 8193 Eglisau, Switzerland (contacts@daysight.dev), referred to as "we". By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of the website, including the information, demo videos, examples and downloads on it. Using the DaySight MCP software is governed by the separate DaySight MCP Licence Agreement, which you accept when you install or use the software. If the two differ for the software, the Licence Agreement applies.

3. Information on the website

The website describes DaySight MCP in general terms. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or current, and it is not legal, security, data protection or HR advice. Features, settings and requirements can change. The demo videos were recorded on a Workday demo tenant. Other example names, numbers and charts are illustrative sample data and do not describe a real organization.

4. Downloads

The files offered for download are software provided under the Licence Agreement. Please check each file against the published SHA-256 value, and test on a non-production Workday tenant first. You download and use files at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, logo, videos and software on this website belong to Paulo Poinha, except for third-party material named on the attributions page. You may view the pages, and download and print them for your own or your organization's internal use. Any other use, such as copying, republishing or building on them, needs our written permission. You may link to the website.

6. Third-party names and links

Workday, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and other product names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. They do not mean that those companies endorse DaySight MCP. We are not responsible for the content of other websites that we link to or that link to us.

7. Using the website

Please do not attack, overload or probe the website, try to get unauthorized access to it, or use automated tools in a way that harms its availability. We may block access if you do.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content and downloads at any time.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent the law allows, the website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for loss that arises from using the website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and for injury to life or health.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides another court.
